Logo Design

The Swann Real Estate logo needed to embody family and over 20 years of trust and experience. We loved the challenge of incorporating an actual swan into the design without being too literal with the design.  We felt that it would be a missed opportunity if we did not subtly incorporate the swan into the logo even if it was a typographical logo.

The Swan’s beak is the only colored element that adds a nice accent brand color. (Swann Gold) The three swan feathers represent the three family members/real estate agents that are leading the company.
